This infamous #divebar aka Red Windmill Bar, owned by Luis Rodriguez has a very shady past as it was the site of attempted murders and was frequented by drug smugglers and crooked police officers 👮‍ in the 1980s #MiamiVice era. We love its #handpainted sign and overhanging #signage that once had chaser lights trimming it.
